We've been using Roxy's car service for over 7 years, and he has never disappointed us. Roxy is the definition of professionalism—always on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile (literally!). This past weekend in Kingston was no exception. He picked us up from the airport and took us to our hotel, then stayed with us all day Saturday—even when our plans unexpectedly changed. Roxy rolled with it all, offering great suggestions for new restaurants to try and even stepping in as our unofficial bodyguard when needed.
